Sustainable Project Management - Full Course
The training lasts 4 days.
It can be organized for individuals, open groups, or corporate groups.
In corporate training programs, training dates are determined in consultation with the organization.
This program is suitable for all professionals who have not previously received Project Management training and who wish to learn about Sustainability-focused Project Management.
It combines fundamental project management concepts with practical tools for incorporating sustainability throughout the project lifecycle. Participants are also prepared for and can obtain the GPM-b (Green Project Manager - Basic) certification.

The training lasts 2 days.
It can be organized for individuals, open groups, or corporate groups.
In corporate training programs, training dates are determined in consultation with the organization.
This program is suitable for all professionals who already possess a recognized Project Management certification or have received formal Project Management training.
It focuses on building sustainability knowledge and practical application, integrating sustainability principles into Project Management, and preparing participants to earn the GPM-b (Green Project Manager - Basic) certification.
