We believe that project management is a powerful tool for continuous improvement and a solution to many of the challenges we face in different areas of life. With this belief, we focus on creating solutions through projects.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a pioneering organization that delivers effective solutions to the project management and leadership needs of individuals, organizations, and society; addresses project management and leadership competencies in a holistic manner; and closely follows global developments in these fields to promote their adoption in our country.
To achieve this vision, we continuously strive to deepen our expertise in project management through research and ongoing personal development, and we are committed to sharing the knowledge we gain with a wide audience through our training and consulting services.

Aylin Kaptan graduated from the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University in 1998. She also holds Master’s and MBA degrees.
As the Founder of PY Academy, she brings 26 years of experience in the construction industry and 18 years of expertise in project management. She has been involved in the development, coordination, and management of numerous high-rise residential buildings, shopping malls, hotels, offices, business centers, mixed-use developments, and industrial facilities across Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Russia, and Azerbaijan.
Throughout her career, Aylin Kaptan has worked with leading local and multinational project development and management companies such as ENKA, SOYAK, HILL International, and FIBA. She has held middle and senior management roles across all phases of construction project management, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages. Leveraging her strong expertise in design and construction, she has successfully managed projects and programs for high-value commercial investments with budgets exceeding USD 100 million.
Her areas of expertise include design and construction management, real estate development, sustainable design and construction, strategic planning and execution, PMO leadership, team building and development, financial feasibility analysis, project and program management, contract management and negotiation, budget management and cost control, progress reporting, value engineering, risk management, and quality management.
Her deep expertise and knowledge in project management and sustainability have enabled her to provide strong leadership and deliver significant value across all projects she has been involved in. Her internationally recognized certifications include:
